Bored so turned onto AFL (7 Mate) with the Crows / Cats prelim and really paid attention to Rory Sloane who at 183 cm and 83 kg is so simalar build wise to Tay Adams 180 & 86
Players who just go for the ball with out fear or favor inspire players and supporters alike
Is Tay our equivalent or is their another on our list

I can't believe we missed out on Sloane in the 2008 draft:
44 Rory Sloane Adelaide Eastern U18 2008
45 Jarrad Blight Collingwood Swan Districts 2008
46 Luke Rounds Collingwood Geelong U18 2008
47 Rhys Stanley St Kilda West Adelaide 2008
We took Sidey and Beams with the prior two picks...

Sidey and Beams became premiership players but neither display Sloane,s
aggression

For free, totally! Rhys is a muppet, but still better than Blight and Rounds.

I think we have plenty of hard heads in this squad. unfortunately they seem to not stay on the park and their resilience isn't sustainable atm.
it will turn 180 soon . I hope😓

My feeling is that hand in hand with aggressive footy is a strong work ethic
Who better than two rookies turned good footballers and even better club men
Boyd and our Nick to set the bar high on just that --I for one am positive than things will turn around
