Post subject: Seedsman was pretty damn good last night! Get him back? | |
|
wow, i was shocked at the influence that Seedsman had on the game last night. Perticularly in the first half when the game was on the line.
Of course, in very collingwood fashion he missed a set shot from 30 out straight in front, but otherwise, he played great.
he has probably done enough to make the grand final.
Now we watch to see if heafy will join in him in the big dance. _________________ Ohhh, the Premiership's a cakewalk ....... |

Played a ripper game and he's got some talent as we all know but can't help feel it was one of those out of the box games that enigmatic players pull out sometimes. Next week is the key, if he can pull out another game close to that, well, it's gonna be a little hard to swallow _________________ Formally frankiboy and FrankieGoesToCollingwood. |

Much of the limitation placed on Seedman were his own driven by his own poor attitude to training and the need to be a party boy. The chances are that he sees Adelaide as his last chance and he is making effort to succeed that was lacking during his time at the Pies _________________ Now Retired - Every Day Is A Saturday |

This is a good comparison. Very similar players. _________________ Well done boys! |

Think he's a better mover and more accurate kick than Clinton Young, but an immature head on his shoulders compared to Young. The best thing we did for him was getting rid of him because he's playing a much more mature grade of football at Adelaide. Sometimes a club can do everything for a player but gets no credit for the player and the next club the player goes to gets all the credit. Regrettable but that's the way it goes. It works both ways. We get a player who doesn't work out at another club and that player matures at our club. |

Just another example of a player who didn't fit the Buckley profile. He liked a bit of fun and because we aren't good and circumventing this, he was out.
And what are we missing now, a quick running half back who can actually kick.
We wouldn't have won the 2010 flag if not for the so-called party boys.
Makes you sick to read that Geelong are demanding the list team recruit Stringer because they have the culture to straighten him out. We simply put a line through him because it would be too hard. _________________ Jatsad - That is all |

Bingo. Always did his best work with others doing the heavy lifting around him.
Short memories, his last year with us was frickin' horrid. Don't let one good game in 2 years rewrite history _________________ Brown re his GF omission:
