Long kicking? Ok
Two year contract? Ok
Good luck to him. Hope he develops into a player. So far I've not seen much in him, with Macaffer-lite looking like his ceiling. _________________ Well done boys! |

People have to remember you can't just have a list comprising your best 30 players.
We've had so much list change during Buckley's tenure already so we need to try and stabilize the amount of turnover now and build a strong core group of players that develop and bond together in coming seasons.
The reality is Crocker wont be taking the list spot of a prized high draft selection or valuable mature aged recruit, we'll have enough spots open up for that IMO and if delisted he'll merely be replaced by another taken outside the top 50 in the draft and we'll have to start the process of development all over.
Crocker may well not end up making the grade but he showed enough in season one I believe to justify keeping him on the list for a further couple of seasons at what I'd assume is minimal cost in terms of salary. _________________ He's mad. He's bad. He's MaynHARD! |

And here's me thinking he was a monty to be delisted.
Suppose we'll be keeping Blair now too... _________________ M I L L A N E 4 2 forever |

Wash your mouth out. There's a party in the Batcave when he gets delisted. _________________ Every dead body on Mt Everest was once a highly motivated person, so maybe just calm the **** down. |

Both of these happened this year, and given Crocker's performance it was costly. _________________ Well done boys! |

I was sure too he was a goner. He's OK but no where near AFL standard IMO. That does surprise me. _________________ “I even went as far as becoming a Southern Baptist until I realised they didn’t keep ‘em under long enough” Kinky Friedman |

To think that we have re-signed Crocker and have Phillips playing "hard to get". The world has gone mad! _________________ I love the Pies, hate Carlscum |

I really don't rate him, but he is still a kid and maybe the coaches see something in him I don't. Hope he comes good. |

He's contracted for another year. I have no idea what you're on about, Kryptonian.

What are you talking about?
His spot on our list of 38 had no bearing on our ability to bring in Mayne as one example and his presence wont stop us selecting a player at pick 6 or 36 this year.
He's been in the system for all of 2 years and was injured for the second half of this season. People need to learn some patience and give young players an opportunity to develop before casting them aside as not all are stars and no team has 22 A grade talents.
If he fails to progress in the next 2 years then I'm sure he'll be let go and no one will say he wasn't given a decent opportunity to succeed. _________________ He's mad. He's bad. He's MaynHARD! |

Crocker has one redeeming feature; he kicks goals. Doesn't get a lot of the pill but Jan kick two goals in a game with about 10 touches. I thought he was a goner too. _________________ 'Collingwood are the Bradmans of Football'
