Bucks now contracted to 2019.
Sando and Gotch until 2018.
Grant Thomas just tweeted:
"Mick McGuane & Matt Rendell are most astute football technicians I have worked with. Brilliant & not working with AFL coaches. Staggering."
"McGuane sees the game like no other and Rendell understands the opposition & tactical requirements. Heaven on a stick for a coach. Perfect"
Obviously Rendell is currently in our recruiting department.

McGuane was on SEN this morning and spent most of the time telling everyone how good Grant Thomas was.
Obviously just returning the favour!
They asked Mick if he'd come to Collingwood if asked, and he said yes... almost sounded like an on air job interview!!

| Mc Guane's record as a coach is quite good and in saying that he has been booted from various clubs as well. There is a good side and there is a bad side. As for Hird, someone's taking the piss. I doubt if the club are willing to take the risk and backlash from the already divided supporter base. One only has to look at the outrage when it's suggested he be involved on Grand Final Day. |
