I just wait for Emma Quayle. She is ridiculously good at getting the first round right ... and in correct order.
Which reminds me, for anyone who enjoys the politics and back room happenings of the AFL draft, her book " the draft " is a very good read.
Might even change a few Nicksters perceptions of what really goes on behind the scenes ( then again, it might not )

P16, I also thought highly of Emma's journalism... but you're aware she won't be telling us anything now, right?

^^^ Unlikely Emma Quayle will be doing a mock this season as she is now employed in a recruiting role with GWS.

Thanks Gents, that rings a bell now.
She certainly knew her stuff, particularly in a male dominated environment.
Good book though ; )

Ben Lennon delisted? Didn't Richmond say he was off the trade table during trade week?

Very average player so no surprise. Lucky we didn't recruit him.

Michael Close has been delisted by Lions.
Would have thought he is worth considering ( originally from Vic and comes with a reco from a couple years ago )

Surely worth a look, as would be Crameri. Late draft or rookie picks maybe?

^^^ I've shared my vision of the "twin towers", Crameri and Lennon, with Blair crumbing, in another thread. Laughing

I had big wraps on Lennon during the 2013 draft and was hopeful of us recruiting him, but for whatever reason he hasn't developed the way most expected.

Id take Lennon over Crameri.

Certainly has the talent, I just don't think he suits our needs though.
