Hmmm... GWS were very stiff to lose that prelim final to the Welfare [who have since fallen back to where they belong - mediocrity].
Would have been interesting to see GWS play pink ducks in 2016GF.
Then the AFL could steal from itself all they like... they still might!

Currently working in Sydney atm. And besides the odd mention that the swans are on a streak no one even knows ( general public) that the giants are primed for a tilt. So i want the swans & giants in it and want geelong Melbourne and essendrugs k oed early. Richmond to loose in prelim because cotchin stubbs his toe running toward open goals and is called for bringing the game into disrepute.

Won't be barracking for any Victorian clubs - none of their supporters would ever support the Pies in a GF, so they can G&GF.
In order of preference , GWS, Adelaide, Swans.

I don't want Richmond to win. There supporters are hard enough to take at any time.
I do not want to see the Essendope cheats win. The cheating flogs have no right to get anywhere near the finals.
The Swans and the GWS have been given so many concessions over the years. (similar to the Lions). The worst part of our sport IMO is the AFL manipulation and if these team won it would be due to this manipulation once again.
Of all the remaining side I would prefer to see the Crows win.
From what I saw yesterday the Cats are not up to it. They just beat a young team that took them apart in the 1st quarter and then went missing for the rest of the game despite their efforts. If it wasn't for a few umpiring decisions and Dangerfield they would have lost.

Gee, you've just described the way I feel towards other Victorian clubs. I'm barracking for Adelaide because I like the way they play. They seem the only team around who like kicking goals rather than relying on restricting their opponents from kicking goals against them. Under other circumstances I would barrack for Port Adelaide, being the old black and white, but they are so disappointing against the better sides. |

Adelaide v GWS granny. Don't really care who wins. Enjoy watching the Crows forward line and the way the Giants move the ball from defence to attack is fantastic.
Cats to go out in straight sets continuing Chris Scott's glorious run of finals cock-ups post 2011 and Essendon's finals campaign to last just one game.
Melbourne and Richmond to screw up and for Sydney to choke (so sick of hearing about 'Bloods culture'.

melbourne are low life tanking scum and I hope that they choke on a fat one.
the tiges will get stage fright again and go out in straight sets because they suffer from performance anxiety and struggle to get it up on the big stage.
essendope are dirty drug cheats and have no right whatsoever to play finals.
geelong will flop in a heap.
if the giants get it together then who knows what they can do.
swans are a big chance and are coming home with a wet sail.
despite the relative evenness of the competition, crows have been the benchmark all year and if they're around, they will win the flag.
port will hopefully defeat one of the pathetic vic teams in a home final. |

My feelings as well. However, my preferences are a bit different - Port, Sydney, Crows, GWS. |
