I will say that I have always been , and still am a Big Buckley fan.
While I watched the boys singing the song, Bucks was watching them with pride written all over his face. He was taking it all in.
It was like a proud dad watching over his boys, but it made me feel a bit sad.
At the other extreme, Eddie looked very serious and grim and this makes me feel that, for him, the win brought no joy because the die has been cast.
Please let me be wrong.
Even Taylor Adams made mention of the coach being as one with the effort of the boys.
I know some people will be glad, but A LOT of people won't.

^ Spot on.
The one thing the croakers and traitors never, ever get around to mentioning is exactly who they think is going to do a better job. They can't, because they would be laughed out of town. _________________ Let's eat Grandma. Commas save lives! |

The club definitely looks like it's not going to panic, Buckley will remain. This is what strong clubs do. They make the decision based on the facts, not media or fan hysteria. _________________ Well done boys! |

^ yep, it's very hard to know whether Buckley is part of the problem, or whether it is just the development curve of a list that has been strongly rebuilt since 2013, unless you are inside the club (and maybe even then it is unknowable). It has taken longer than I expected, but I think the signs are positive, so give him 2 more years and buy it out at the end of next year if it still looks bad. _________________ Two more flags before I die! |

The facts are everyone bar the senior coach are likely to carry the can for another disappointing year.
So far we have seen Balme replaced as football manager in 2016.
Pert now shown the door.
Burns and Harvey reportedly set to leave with other assistants likely to follow.
Hine possibly demoted or fired.
A mentor hired and required for the coach.
Amazing how everything is deemed wrong with the place outside Buckley. _________________ He's mad. He's bad. He's MaynHARD! |
