Just watching on You tube and it was Brad Scott and Mal Michael who ran to him and crashed suspected injured shoulder

Leave him a one club player. He could have jumped ship a few times for money but stayed. Gives freely of his time for charities without fanfare except the Maddie Match. Some opposition players deserve respect. He is one. The poor bastard had to live through the Milne saga etc and deserves more than being a battering ram before he retires.

Just on Talking Footy Nick admitted he got close to leaving during Scott Watters term as coach

Sat down with Ed and they talked on how he would fit at Collingwood

But said it never got passed that stage

This was a very controversial period (Scott Watters 2011--2013 St Kilda) and Ed had just engineered the "change over era" when he had casual chat with Nick
