This thread is a perfect illustration of Collingwood after 20 years under Ed. At the Presidents lunch yesterday Ed spoke about the Collingwood "brand" and his comeback on The Footy Show. Turns out he knows exactly what gets your juices flowing. As you were! Ring a ding ding.

Mate, your a sometime comedian, any chance you can have a word or two in Eddies ear, snipe bloody dave hughes, and get yourself a permanent gig on Edwards Fabulous New Footy Show.

Fair enough mate, I always did like Trevor Marmalade in the early FS days, he had a good, sardonic, sarcastic sense of humour, much better than the dimwits on there now. !

I think Eddie would prefer to surround himself with individuals who support him. I do not think 1970 fits that bill.

He doesn't do hot seat 5 nights a week they tape them during one day! But yes he is a busy man! I would be happy enough for him to move on.

MMM hot breakfast 5 mornings a week
Fox Footy presenter

Probably other boards and charities

He certainly does have a good work ethic and has by that same ethic has built our club to a financial sucsess which we all should acknowledge
The flaw if you call it a flaw is his emotional attatchment as a Pie supporter
that at times does not help some of his decisions but that said this situ at our club will go all out to improve all area,s
