I'll be renewing my membership on the 1st of November EVERY year as long as I'm lucky enough to be walking on this planet.

Yep, Well said. I don't buy Collingwood memberships because they win. I buy them because they're Collingwood. And Though things clearly have to change, I won't ever damn the efforts of people like Buckley and McGuire because they're Collingwood too.

Having percentage at 94 and that's after giving up three weeks ago suggests to me that we are not that far off. I'll stick by the current team. Although I don't agree with the timing of the transition back in 2011, I think bucks should get another two years to allow this current group of players to grow. So I tend agree with you.

ONLY tiger fans burn their memberships in mirco ovens, etc, weak as cats piss. Look, my late grandmother followed Fitzroy thru decades, decades, of absolute abysmal crap, YET, she loved her beloved Royboys with all her heart, in 1964, when her Lions won a mere one game for the whole year, she went into the rooms post game with my autograph book. She got the entire Lions team to sign it for me, including a nice message from kevin murray. The Roys were my second fave team, I hasten too add. Sadly, I lost the book, damn it, but what I'm saying is, like dogs fans, and saints ones, dees, she stuck fat, never waivered once, never, ever. Real Pies fans don't burn memberships, or go off and sulk, ;piss and moan, sure the club is in a hole right now, coach and players are under siege, the media are sinking the boot in, but in the face of adversity, that's when I say, too hell with it, I'm sticking fat, thick n thin, and seeing this crisis thru, one way or the other. The club has been down before on its knees, and has risen again, and it will happen, maybe under a new regime and coach, I don't know, but it will happen, but I'm not going to whinge about it, I will renew my membership for sure, and look forward to better days, regardless who coaches us, or who is our President. Its always darkest before the storm, we will come out of this stronger and better for it. !

How many years has the Ponsford been half empty with reserved seat holders choosing not to attend for one reason or another.

It was our home game on Saturday but it felt like it was a pro bombers crowd.

Most areas apart from high up in the MCC and of course the Ponsford looked pretty well populated.
