We average about 8 goals per game. What did we expect without Elliott?

I reckon we'll run over them in the last quarter. We started 30 minutes after them, so we've still got 30 to go.

Very flat performance.

Did not show a whimper for the whole match. Simply went through the motions.

35,933. It's what most were expecting.

I think it's the second highest crowd against Port at the MCG since their first ever AFL game in 1997.

Not much interest left in the season now. We're cooked.

I don't know.
The side has some talent but a lot who are ordinary.
Certainly outcoached on many levels.
Including the amazing midget forward line and a strategy of bombing it long.
Wonderful seeing that.
Not once in 6 years has Bux with this team ever got forward momentum.
Not once.

Probably justified. Season on the line and didn't turn up.

Season in a nutshell. Get so much of the ball, over use it but a woeful forward structure that results in poor conversion.

At least we will get a high draft pick. Will probably be bottom 4.

We will probably only win another 2-3 games this year.

New coach will have something to work with.

Great to see Grundy taking grabs around the ground. Mids continue to rack up stats but too much messing around with it.

Small forward line and Moore dropping marks means mids and backs have no confidence going forward, not helped by forwards standing still and not leading, but then not helped by players unwilling to kick to a space and make the forward run there. Reid stopping and going back because he was unwilling to kick to a contest and wanted a sure thing was just dumb.

I haven't heard what this dip stick said but surely we deserve every bit of shit we get. Seriously,Crocker??? Woeful.Mayne or White surely must be a better option. Broom head.Did he get a touch? certainly not in the last qtr when the season was on the line.I don't know what Langdon is thinking about but he probably thinks he's still starring in the U18's. He is dangerously bad.Season's done and dusted already. We can now get shit canned by all and sundry for the rest of this season,AGAIN and Buckley will finish the season on a positive note and put us through another year or two of misery and disbelief.
