Take a Leigh Brown prototype and upgrade it with talent and football IQ in his DNA and you get.. Moore Jnr.
Really like what he did against Freo around the ground and up forward. Have liked some of his clearance work in the middle. Slightly worried about the contact he might get there, but the wiry Dustbin Fletcher/ Old Man Tuck types tend to ride the bumps better than most. Of course the original Super in this role was his old man, but let's keep it modern. This kid has got 'IT'. _________________ Get back on top. |

Aside from Len Thompson, darcys dad was the best ruckman I have ever seen at the Pies, and his son is going to be a real chip off the old block, and a real gem. _________________ Poverty exists not because we cannot feed the poor, but because we cannot satisfy the rich.

Is it better to be a vegetarian AFL player like Darcy, if true, or one who apparently doesn't like any fruit and veg like Broomy? _________________ "The night is a very dark time for me" Chaz Michael Michaels |

Broomy is only scared of bananas, he's fine with all other fruit and veg. |

Well at least Bucks listened this time, maybe Kirbs needs to knock on the door and plead as well _________________ Get back on top. |

Perhaps he needs to learn to keep his head in and play the game instead of losing it big time and destroying the momentum we had built up.
Make no mistake I love what the Kirbinator offers but your attempt to link his well deserved further wait to poor coaching choices is ordinary. |

It is what it is cam, no aspersions meant, simply that Kirby's case doesn't truly support your contention.
Realistically there was no chance of him earning a senior call up in the first place as he is still learning VFL and adjusting to big city life. But even if such details were overlooked he now needs to repair his bridges with both the coaching staff and the playing group for dropping his bundle and derailing our efforts.
Rivers seems to have settled him over half time though and I thought he was a solid contributor in the last half. |
