Harsh Dave, had 14 or 15 disposals. Not sure you could expect to much more for a first gamer. Hope he stays in.

I'm perfectly happy with never seeing Blair again. Brown can use today as a learning experience, Blair can not.

Far from the worst debut you will see and in the circumstances I can't see how anyone can be harsh on him.

I thought he looked reasonable, but he just lacked a little confidence in himself and at times struggled to adjust to the pace of the game.

I think he needs to bulk up a little as well, but I like the fact that he's got a taste of senior football now.

It's was his first game, it was in front of a big crowd and it was an intense tightly fought contest.

I thought he handled himself admirably under those circumstances and he seemed to be given more midfield exposure in the last and went hard at the contest.

An encouraging debut.

Agree. No point brining Blair back. Was last picked on our list this season and will be delisted.
That said, one very clear red flag for brown. Very slow. Not worried about some missed tackles, he had a crack and will fill out, but he will need to get a big tank to make it as an AFL player to make up for no pace.

He's not slow. It is, frankly, inconceivable that you could think it reasonable to say that.

I'm sceptical Blair would have made a difference. Elliot would have, but not Blair.

Blair plays we are going backwards. Just no point keep playing kids. We gain so much more from Brown playing on a big occasion like that.
