I figured it out, I know how we can make finals now! Just ask the AFl to fixture us against the Cats every week, no problem!!!

Wow, that was the best win I've seen under Buckley, seriously mean that. We didn't blow them away but we controlled the game beautifully. Our aggression was tapered and it was just at the right tempo, not timid, not insane, just right and we were able to maintain it for the whole game. Finding the right tempo is what we needed. We also limited our errors, there were a few massive brain farts but all in all it was excellent.

We also scored 100+ points and our goal kicking accuracy was very good, nothing too frustrating there. But, and there is always a but, but, can we keep this effort going? Will we play the same against the Blues, or put in a shocker? This is the challenge, consistency.

Damn, it feels so good to have a great win, almost forgot what it felt like. I feel great and not miserable. I like this feeling!! Very Happy

We did blow them away ... but for a 15-20 free kick count against us despit dominating in general play (which omits the three push in the backs Hawkins got away with), that was a 10 goal victory. We also played one short on the bench for 45 mins (Varcoe) vs Parfitt for about 15 mins.

Just have a red hot go, not the shit they've been producing these past few weeks, FFS!

And that's all I demand from the players each week, on behalf of the supporters that turn up each week.

Great win. Last quarter nerves. Next week Out Cox & Varcoe??? In Reid & DeGoey

Didn't look nervy, just very tired! They are the obvious out&ins for caaaaarlton. Thought that was Varcoe's best and most important game for us yet, despite only lasting 2&1/2 quarters before that injury. Cox was okay, but cost us a few goals; he or Schade need a spell in the VFL.

Thought he redeemed himself somewhat today. And if he would only hit the targets inside 50s, we'd be absolutely demoralising other sides.

Those 2 decisions in favour of Hawkins in the last quarter were disgraceful. Without those, we win by 8 goals.

And the umpiring fraternity probably wonder why we think they are bunch of inept cheating flogs.

Just an unbelievable effort all round really. Didn't see it coming, not off a 5 day break.

So frustrating to lose to sides like Essendon, and then come out and play like that.

Hopefully the penny has dropped.

OUT: Cox (can't run out a game), Varcoe (if injured)

IN: Reid, Wills

(Moore slots in as backup ruck)

in: Reid, DeGoey, White, Kirby(maybe offers more than bloody show pony Fassolo),

No! Moore is a kid trying to learn the ropes of playing forward. Don't put the added pressure and physicality of playing him in the ruck yet.

Fasolo actually worked very hard off the ball and up the ground. He certainly did more than Elliott. Neither should be dropped.

As Lethal pointed out on the coverage, the circle and no third man make it much easier for younger lighter bodies to compete. He's only a chop out as Grundy rucks 90% anyway and Moore, like Grundy, is very good at ground level as well.

Cox is a liability right now. The only other choices are White or Keeffe.

To all those wanting Cox out of the side, White must then come back in.

Otherwise, we will end up Josh Frasering Darcy Moore.

Really, other than that brain fade in the last, he was no worse than White has been, and actually rucked OK around the ground.
