Credit where credit is due... MarkOSuv is actually showing some positivity... a beaming ray of sunshine in the otherwise bleak rants against Bucks... surprising really that there is such positivity around pick 1 when the primary victim of said rants has a say in that pick...
Perhaps there is thought, nay hope, that Bucks won't be around to 'waste' it...
Regardless, it's a pleasant change of pace from MarkOSuv.

I rarely post these days because of all the negativity and shite....
given the date you joined (or a reincarnation of a "perceptive fellow") - but wtf you must be a TROLL
why is sad_sack changed to "perceptive fellow"
<Mod edit: Because the moderators are sick of terms like that being thrown around by certain keyboard warriors like some low rent street gang name and the brawls that result. Every time the keyboard warriors incite something, it has to be cleaned up. And since no one else around here has the power to do so or the inclination to take responsibility for their actions, that means us.
Thanks for the query. For future reference, don't try go around the filter. - the bbmods team> |
The neighbourhood's gone downhill my friend. |
thanks Mods for clarifying that but I'm "no keyboard warrior"
just fightin' for the CFC cause when I think it's needed
just can't stand Trolls - but to call MOS a "perceptive fellow" denegrates the true sadsacks because they're better than that....
@Damien - am having to agree with you - and as Curly would say "sooitanly gna, gna, gna and a woo, woo woo"

We don't play Hawthorn on a Thursday night this year do we?
Don't even bother turning up pies.
We haven't beaten the swans at the SCG since 2000 and have lost 8 out of the last 9 at the ground. _________________ He's mad. He's bad. He's MaynHARD! |

That's hardly surprising since up until last year we haven't played at the SCG for well over a decade, as we've always played them at Homebush. |

Ah, but we set a club record for "honourable losses" in a season! _________________ M I L L A N E 4 2 forever |

Well...we avoided the dreaded 0-3.
The Swans are 0-3 and could easily be 0-5 with matches against the Eagles (in Perth) and the Giants coming up in the next two weeks.
Interestingly enough, when the Swans were 0-3 in 1999, they snuck into the finals that year. _________________ | 1902 | 1903 | 1910 | 1917 | 1919 | 1927 | 1928 | 1929 | 1930 | 1935 | 1936 | 1953 | 1958 | 1990 | 2010 | 2023 | |

Don't buy into that 0/3 bullshit too much mate; once they get a few players back in the next two months and get a solid run against the lower teams, they will make a belated run at the eight.
And with the expected mid-table log jam, it's going to be interesting to see who wins the race for spots 5-8, and who misses out on percentage.
Reckon for sure the make up of the eight will come down to the last game of final round this year. _________________ M I L L A N E 4 2 forever |
