Post subject: Another Kale Kirby snippet | |
|
Kale Kirby played two games for Richmond VFL side in 2016 and kicked multiple goals
Against Sandringham he kicked 5 goals and backed that up with 4 goals against Coburg
Who he replace one day is anyones guess but he could be an X factor we are looking for _________________ I'm not arguing--just explaining why i am right |

That is something no one know at present --he is as likely as any recruit to get the call up at some stage and if our coach's have enough savvy they will see if he has at VFL level
He has only perfomed at a lower rung and that is all we can make a decision on _________________ I'm not arguing--just explaining why i am right |

I hope I'm not being paranoid, but I was disturbed to hear Bucks say that Kirby "has a lot to learn about the demands of being an AFL player". I'm not sure what that means, but in any case I reckon it's best kept in house. I'd prefer the coach to simply say something along the lines of "he's got a fair bit of work to do to achieve the level of fitness required at senior level, but he's working hard and we're confident he'll become a really good player". Our club does not have a great record of developing Indigenous talent, but let's hope it works out well with Kirby and he becomes our next Leon Davis. |

Yeah, but is he a genuine 'front-n-centre' player? _________________ "The last thing he expected WAS THE FIRST THING HE GOT!!!!!"

According to Bucks he is a long way off. Well if he keeps impressing in the VFL, that door will come flying down. _________________ Human behavioural studies suggest people who use a lot of swear words tend to be more honest & trustworthy. |

Well, until Kirby can actually achieve consistency (and fitness), the only hero you're gonna get is me. Sorry... _________________ I am vengeance. I am the night. I am MagpieBat. |

Yes Rudeboy.
You have an excellent understanding of aboriginal culture and thinking.
Aboriginals are different to the way we behave and think.
To tell an aboriginal that he has a long way to go and that he is not ready is really a stupid approach.
This is the typical approach taken by people in education, law and society in general.
I have dealt with aboriginal kids a lot over the years.
With Aboriginals in my experience it is all about connection and engagement.
They don't respond well to even mild criticism or condescending comments.
Even if we found such comments to be true and a great challenge to us personally..
It is just another reason that I think Bux is incapable of being the best coach possible.
So Rudeboy, I would love to hear about your connections to aboriginals, in particular, in sport. |
