All Grunt and No Class

We have good Intensity and Great Pressure but problem it goes all to waste because we have next to no players with Class. There ball use is Terrible,Make Terrible Decisions and Terrible Finishes.

i think our team has some classy players, and yes plenty of grunt, they just need to be pointed in the right direction.

Which is why geelong beat us three times in 2011 once our team press was nullified. Class wins out every time. Buckley thinks otherwise. Listen to him at end of year members' forums...he honsestly believes the process and structure and all that shit reign supreme over class and natural ability.

Bucks is driven by hard work, labour intensive processes and a dour approach.

He lacks the charisma for it to translate to his playing group.

If we had kicked straighter in the last two games, as we damn well shouid have, missing far too many easy, soda goals, if wed booted those, we would be 2 zip and not having these conversations. Our forward line is our big, big problem, at the moment, and needs vast revamping.

I wouldn't say no class but at the minute the bad outweighs the good. Even treloar butchered a few last night.

It's almost embarrassing to watch our team work hard then give it up with silly decisions or errors.

I reckon we would almost be the easiest team to coach against.
