Ok, the original plan of being in Vegas for my 50th on the 4th of July has fallen through. The cutting of our quarterly bonuses at work back in August sealed the deal 
Instead, it will be a footy feast, with a trip up to the Goldy in between rounds 15 (hawks) & 16 (bombers).
Arrive Melbourne 29th of June, staying at the Casino, fly to the Gold Coast on the 3rd of July, staying at that QV1 place. Back to Melbourne on the 6th, staying at some waterside apartments until the 10th.
Any chance of a Nicksters catch up drink during this time would be cool!
I know I'll see you on the Goldy Dyso

I wish mate... flights and accommodation are booked for the footy fest, and I won't be messin' 'round when I'm partying
Fremont for my 55th (missus 50) is now the plan

I did my first trip to the US for my 50th, flew out a few days after my birthday.
Vegas is a good place to be a single bloke

Will be at the games, we could all meet up
The deals they have for Vegas at the moment are probably cheaper than flying from Perth to anywhere!. Um except vgas. Or Bali.

Well firstly I hoped you scaled back your efforts at work to align with your bonuses being shit canned last year?
Secondly, sorry Vegas-17 bit the dust as a result.
Thirdly, how's the Achilles injury recovering for the GCM, and will Kel be coming with you?

The Achilles is good mate. Started jogging again then just as i was starting to up the k's I hurt my back at work (5th December) was on compo for a few swings and stacked on 10kg in no time. Just started getting back into it 4 weeks ago and lost half of what i put on.
Yep, Kellys coming over. Look forward to catching up again mate

I don't know whether they still do it, but cheersquad members used to be able to get access to guest passes for matches.
