Finally, everybody's favourite show has hit the airwaves for another week!
'Where's Walshy?' update: Our fearless Director of Football is still in a glass booth somewhere near the swimming pool. I can't tell if he's switched ends for certain or not, but I'm getting the distinct impression that Walshy enjoys the scent of warm chlorinated water on a crispy cool Melbourne day.
Which makes for a better aroma than the unsettling smell emanating from Davoren's morgue, I suppose... _________________ I am vengeance. I am the night. I am MagpieBat. |

Why is every hammy at Collingwood a 5-8 week injury and yet other clubs can have you back in 2? Like wise Reid's quad. We are kidding ourselves that he wil play in 4. He's at least 10 weeks away. |

Yep, I reckon Reid will miss 8 weeks. Quad on his kicking leg. That won't heal in three weeks. _________________ Magpies love pies(Lol) |

Magpies confirm bad break for midfielder
AFL.com, Giulio Di Giorgio May 21, 2017
COLLINGWOOD has confirmed midfielder James Aish suffered a fractured cheekbone in Saturday night's morale-boosting 18-point win over Hawthorn at the MCG.
The 21-year-old came off second best in a head clash with Hawthorn youngster Daniel Howe midway through the third quarter and went to hospital soon after for scans.
Both players showed tremendous courage and had eyes only for the ball as they collided on the wing.
A Collingwood spokesperson told AFL.com.au on Sunday morning that a timeframe for Aish's recovery, and the course of action to repair the injury, remained unclear.
However, fellow Magpies midfielder Adam Treloar said Aish could miss up to a month.
"He went back to the VFL earlier in the year and found some really good form," Treloar told Fox Footy on Sunday.
"He's extremely courageous and it shows with that act that he did there.
"We wish him the best and I think he's going to be back in hopefully three or four weeks' time."
Aish has played three games for the Magpies this season and spent four straight weeks at VFL level.
The clash with the Hawks marked Aish's 50-game milestone.

Just when I was getting used to short, medium and long term............
What are the odds Sinclair is ready to go before Reid? _________________ Human behavioural studies suggest people who use a lot of swear words tend to be more honest & trustworthy. |

On this week's episode of "Where's Walshy?"...
He hasn't moved again this week, I reckon. I'm beginning to think that Walshy just lives in that little glass booth full time. Given the rate of growth in house prices in the capitols these days, it's not surprising to see this young first home buyer resorting to unconventional tactics to put a roof over his head. C'est la vie... _________________ I am vengeance. I am the night. I am MagpieBat. |

Of this lot it's Sinclair and Varcoe we're missing the most. Badly need their drive off half back. We would have won a couple more games with Sinclair in the side over Ramsay. _________________ Well done boys! |

Absolutely correct. Sinclair's run through the middle has been very badly missed. _________________ Two more flags before I die! |

They rested him for a couple, the soreness (which he has been carrying intermittently through pre-season and season) didn't settle down, they decided on surgery, see you in 10-12 weeks Ox... _________________ I am vengeance. I am the night. I am MagpieBat. |
