| Much more encouraging than last week. We have something to work with for next season. Meg Hutchins is a wonderful captain. King is great in the ruck. Bonnicici is a wonderful player. About half the team have the pace to keep up with the game at this level. Unfortunately the other half is too slow and I don't know of any other team sport except for cricket, where a player can survive despite being too slow. Moana Hope is one of those who is too slow at this level and I think we need to let her go at the end of the season. For a fledgling competition we have already learned a lot to take into next season. Now over to the netballers tonight who I have much more confidence with. |
