if you don't want to go to a doctor, go to the chemist shop and ask the pharmacist.

Good advice. Antihistamines may help if it's a seasonal thing, or else it might be good to check if it's some kind of allergy.

Lots of things can cause it, it's a process of elimination to figure out what.

It could be an allergy, if it's everywhere get your mum to try a different laundry powder and try a different brand of shower soap.

Diet can also influence, so what Partypie says is good advice, avoid stuff full of preservatives and fried food.

if it really bugs you, ask the GP for a referral to a dermatologist.

My daughter used to get rashes like that, she has sensitive skin and figured out through trial and error what body wash worked for her.

I have asked GP about it and he said it most reasons he Thought was Heat that is Causing these Bad OutBreaks. I can have Too Hot of a Shower that can cause it to go Red. Also said try not to sweat as that can also cause outbreaks

"Try not to sweat", Rolling Eyes get a new GP.

I'd love to know how to stop sweating by just trying

Dave it's hard to see with the photo exactly what it is and what the symptoms are i.e. is it itchy? but you could try bathing with Pinetarsal and then try a zinc oxide powder like Curash it's not expensive and you can get at the supermarket or chemist - but make sure your skin is dry before applying.

They may or may not help but they won't do you any harm.
