Bush got elected with a bigger majority the second time around. I suspect Trump will lose, but, really, anything’s possible.

I take it you’ve travelled extensively, or lived in, in the US then?
I never understand why people make such broad sweeping statements about any place.
Maybe say “Been there, hate the place because of .......” fill the gap yourself. Or ‘I’d never go because of the gun laws, the countries human rights records, their attitudes towards, animals, bull fighting, I hate their accents, I hate their politics”.
It’s certainly not a shithole of a place. I’m sure parts of it are. But hell there’s places in Victoria I wouldn’t visit!
I really hope they get it sorted. Every person on earth deserves a fair system. I’ve said from the start I hope Trump is the wake up call the majority of politicians needs. Cheers

Shithole. Full of Americans who have no idea there's a world outside their own & tourists that are too uncultured to go anywhere else (fair enough I guess going once to see for yourself what tossers they are but repeat offenders = uncultured). |

1 trip to the tourist spots is hardly extensive. And I’m sure I remember some fairly favourable posts about your trip. But at least you’ve been there to comment.

That shithole of a country saved Europe and Australia from an unthinkable fate after 1941. I’m not sure what you call something saved by a shithole. If it had not existed, the 20th century would have seen the end of Western civilization. You might want to explain your reasoning. It seems to have something to do with the Federal Reserve Bank.....?
