Amazing. I can see a tell all book coming out soon. |
People who try and tell all about the Clintons tend to wind up dead. |
Examples, please ? I do not admire the Clintons, but that's a claim that needs some substantiation. |

Now, its a fun read, but not sure its got that much credibility, after all if its all true how did Monica survive all these years? _________________ Pi = Infinite = Collingwood = Always

Why are the left going rabid trying to impeach Trump? Do they realise that Bernie doesn't become President if Trump is sacked? They get Mike Pence... a religious zealot and ultra conservative. They've currently got a New York Liberal who believes in single payer health care, paid maternity leave and is religiously ambivalent at best.

I don't think the "Left" cares - the Democrats are excited about impeachment, though. |

I feel the same, Wokko (aside from P4S's caveat above, which is spot on). It's tunnel vision: a swift Trump impeachment would result in a far more competent Pence administration with two or three years of free rein to do more or less whatever it wants. But the Democrats and associated centre/centre-left hate him so much that they mostly want him gone regardless of the consequences.
Whether or not he actually deserves to be impeached is another question. My guess is yes, possibly, although give him enough time and I'm sure he'll do something that puts the answer beyond doubt. _________________ All watched over by machines of loving grace |

Scary that that could become a reality, imagine if he gets impeached and cracks the sads,
I still can't fathom it! It's just crazy that he won. Well kind of won. _________________ You cant fix stupid, turns out you cant quarantine it either! |

It may be only a matter of time, but so far Trump's record is a lot better than George W Bush. No wars of aggression, no banking crash. He better get his skates on, the Donald. He's letting the side down. _________________ Two more flags before I die! |

Yep, apart from all the wishful thinking and conjecture, he's actually not broken anything yet.
Nice speech to the Muslim world in Saudi Arabia, then off to visit Israel and the Pope. _________________ Every dead body on Mt Everest was once a highly motivated person, so maybe just calm the **** down. |

He's been there all of four months – at this point in George W's tenure, all he'd done is gone golfing. _________________ All watched over by machines of loving grace |

Not sure where all that info came from. George W was a guset commentator on the Golf Channel showing the By Byron Nelson classic last weekend when Jason Day was beaten in a playoff. He is running/fronting/funding some program for getting wounded service men and women into golf as a therapy. He has taken up painting as a hobby. He said the one regret he had as being President, from a personal view was that he couldn't play golf. He now plays 3 times a week.
Of course the irony was that you have wonder if the painting of and rehabilation of wounded vets is a guilt trip. And Trump owns golf courses all around the world. He will be playing soon enough. _________________ Annoying opposition supporters since 1967. |

On a cruise ship to Alaska now, sat down for lunch and a guy who works on the ship joins us, he's a jewelry business owner, served in Vietnam and apparently knows the Don personally! Not sure that's true but Gees he really changed my thinking. For a start, trump financed his own campaign to begin with and then only accepted a few public donations, none from corporations or big pharmacy or the gun lobby. And he talked about why Obamacare went wrong, sliding scaLe stuff, and how he won't negotiate and already saved 100 billion on the next air force one by calling the companies bluff. He says he's not sure he's right for the job, didn't vote for him, but that trump always achieves what he says he will. I certainly get the point about him not beholding to anyone and therefore not allowing himself to be blackmailed. He Say
S even if he doesn't get another term, things will never be the same and there will be new accountability for all politicians, got to be a good thing. It was really interesting . _________________ You cant fix stupid, turns out you cant quarantine it either! |
