LOL!! As if!! Like he will Member!
Look if a crow shits on the roof at the Holden Centre or there is a car crash in Bendigo, it will be all Buck's fault according to <snip> posters like this.
It is really is starting to get to me whether these type of posters are fair dinkum Collingwood fans or mere bloody trolls. I'm currently leaning towards the latter.

No drama if it's a calf strain...
but seriously, we cannot take a trick can we?! |
We don't know if there is an injury or what the injury is but there is a drama if it is a calf strain. Aging players and calf strains are not a good mix. A calf strain could mean no proper pre-season and we know how hard it is to play catch-up when the season starts.
Let's just hope it's a beat up of a story. |

Lauren Wood tweeting that Pies "say no injury as had been reported". Modified program til Christmas - today not a training day.
Definitely sounds like some smoke and shadows behind the Glasshouse windows. |
Yeah I'll back Lauren in here, who at least was at training and took a picture of Wells casually chatting to fans.
SEN and Browne are in the same category as Barrett and Caro these days, just making shit up for the fun of it.
No need to panic yet, even if that is the usual first port of call for most on here. |
Then why do anyone listen to the Media as you can't trust any of them? _________________ I am Da Man |

And the old "he's being managed" and "it's just a few niggles" line was used how many times for our players with soft tissue injuries since 2014?
Wells may not have done an injury, but I sure as shit don't trust any statements made by the club about player injuries.
I don't take anything that's said by the club at face value anymore. |

Whoa Dave you need to sit down and relax man or something is going to blow! No one believes the media and that is the case with everything not just sport. Unfortunately everyone has an agenda these days and care more about themselves than the bigger picture.
As for 'managing' players it's called sports science. Google what the great Dennis Lillee has to say about it? The problem is if a club is seen as negligent with a players welfare they open themselves up to legal action. Just like the media it's a sad state the world is in now but we just need to suck it up. |

As for the $1.08 million, that is speculative at best. His contract would undoubtedly include a performance clause and his payments would be greatly influenced by the number of games played? |
What would u ever blame Buckley for ?
You say 'speculative' then u claim 'undoubtedly' that his payments would be 'greatly' reduced by games played.
Are you for real?
Are we to believe you or the dozens of reports saying he is on 1.8mill for 3 years.
I'd say it's not you we are to believe because we know for a fact North Melbourne were blown away and didn't even consider trying to match the offer. |

And do we know if that was due to the $$'s/year or the duration? |

I was at training today though arrived there a bit late and didn't see anyone injured out on the ground. Admittedly I didn't notice Wells when the players came off the ground, so he either got injured before I arrived, or didn't train at all today. |
