It seems that the AFL is now abolishing the free match replays that they used to provide from their website 12 hours after a game was completed. These profit hungry a***holes are eliminating every possibility now of watching games without charge.

As of 13 December, according to the AFL website, the previously freely available match replays will be abolished. In 2017, it appears that you will have to pay an AFL subscription to watch full match replays. Up until now, this service was free.
It seems that these profit hungry a**holes are now curtailing all free content.

Strange decision..... They say that want to promote and grow the sport, then they go do something like this.

Corporate's rule!
It is not just a game it is a money making machine!
You are the bottom dollar and no bottom dwellers will watch for free.

Bottom dollar's right as a pensioner trying to set a budget I eliminated the AFL Live from
my Telstra to enjoy other things

And altho rarely watching replay it was an option if needed tho most games got Ch7 coverage and ones that didnt a day out at pub with Foxtel

Now if game not free to air nor replayed later that option gone

So Ch7 or my other persuit --couple of pints and Fox footy

As they say s"^**t happens

Couldn't you watch AFL Live and games live through your Telstra mobile account for free last year, Barry? That's what I was doing.

Sounds like a good plan, Barry. Enjoy.

I need to find a similar venue here in Brisbane.
