Elliott | a lead-up, high flying 'small' forward
Fasolo | a lead up, sometimes high flying 'medium' forward
Crocker | a lead-up 'medium' forward
Blair | a lead-up, ill-advised high flying 'small' forward with the occasional high pressure acts
None of our current crop of small-medium forwards know where front and centre is.
Broomhead | genuinely knows how to crumb, but can't get on the park regularly
Mayne | a-lead up medium forward with high pressure acts
Hoskin-Elliott | a lead-up, high flying tall forward
Daicos | unproven 18-year old |

blair, crocker - underwhelming
broomhead - reputation enhanced by never actually playing
fasalo - body of work over his whole career is much less impressive than his perceived high rating
daicos - unproven, not to mention not even being on the list
Billly E. - unknown where he will be at
Hoskin E., Mayne - certainly not a crumbing forward
I would like Green to have the Blair spot, someone a bit more dangerous around goal. |

Yep. As usual, Colli good supporters overrate the list and point to 'depth' vs genuine A-graders. Our 'depth' just walked out the door for a few late round picks and a box of stale Toobs.
I'm not saying a green is an A-grader, obviously, but he's a genuine crumber who's proven more over his 6 years than our makeshift and constantly rotating C-grade forward line. _________________ Est. 2002 |

We lack a genuine crumbing forward, so I could understand if the club at the very least considered him before dismissing the idea outright.
Although, at the same time, if you're getting delisted by Brisbane you have to ask yourself whether he's good enough at the top level anymore. _________________ | 1902 | 1903 | 1910 | 1917 | 1919 | 1927 | 1928 | 1929 | 1930 | 1935 | 1936 | 1953 | 1958 | 1990 | 2010 | 2023 | |

Quote: | DELISTED Brisbane Lion Josh Green's mid-year decision to put contract talks on hold was never about money, his manager has declared.
The small forward's six-year stint at the Lions ended on Tuesday after he failed to find a new home during the NAB AFL Trade Period and he is keen for a fresh start.
Green wasn't surprised at the Lions' decision and remained hopeful of finding a new club as a delisted free agent, his manager Alex McDonald from McDonald Sports Management said.
McDonald said Green had paused negotiations on a potential three-year deal to assess where his football future would be best served after a slow start to the season, and not due to a pay dispute, as reports claimed on Tuesday.
Green now faces an uncertain couple of weeks but McDonald said the pacy goalsneak was optimistic he could rekindle his career after injuries and opportunities restricted him to just 10 goals from 11 AFL games in 2016.
However, Green understood hard work was required if he wanted to return to his best, McDonald added.
"A foot injury forced him to miss 10 weeks in the pre-season, which impacted on him early in the season," he said. |

We've been begging for a crumbing forward for a few years now since Krak. But I've always seen him to be an opportunist rather than a cumber, maybe not. also
Hmm he could possibly help bring Rockcliff over at end of year. I reckon he's worth the risk |

All I can say is that for a player to be delisted by the genuine wooden spooners, there has to be a problem oif some sort -
Either
Cant Play
Cant get fit
Head isnt right
Internal cancer on the team
NO ONE delists a champion or a good player.
Avoid these sorts of players like you would avoid the Ebola Virus!! |

Something is amiss here you'd think; Denied a trade? Why? No takers?
Again, I'd think the Dons or Blues might grab Richards. _________________ M I L L A N E 4 2 forever |

Too young for Collingwood, maybe in 10 years time we will pick him up for $800k a season... |
