I rarely post on Nick's. About once a week I catch up on the topics...... and yet, just like Facebook, I can't bring myself to leave. It's got it's hooks in me

Fair comparison. Probably applies to many forms of social media that once people get used to it, it's hard to let go.

Unfortunately, mum and my more conservative relatives, and my nieces/nephew and their generation, are on FB, so they act as passive moderators. That said, given my clients are also on FB, that's probably a good thing!
Nick's is still the best space for unrestrained speech, and of course footy.

Nope. It's an anti-Facebook. Full of people you contradict and argue with all the time, but actually like and have a lot of time for.
