Dunno about poor standard GF, it depends what you're looking for really.
The courage and commitment were of the highest standard, we saw a return of the TEAM as opposed to the collection of stars and role players that we are used to.
For me it was a return to the basic truths of any team sport - burst your heart trying and support your team mate.
No price was too high when the ball was in dispute, no risk too frightening when a team mate was in need.
It was as fine a demonstration of victory of morale over circumstance as I have seen in a long time.
Bloody well done doggies. |

And stop dropping winnable games against the SHIT TEAMS would be a good start too.

This is the. Conundrum Dyso, I thought the Bulldogs slaughtered the ball all day. What they had was a brilliant defensive setup across the ground with the ability to attack in a seconds notice but switch straight to defence if a turnover occurred.
They are an average team coached by a genius. Make.no mistake, that flag was Bevos.

We will be finalists I am sure.
However everyone here is overlooking the juggernaut known as the Giants.
Look at yesterday's game. In twelve months time the giants would best either by 100 based on their sloppy skills.
Giants combining experience, effort and skill next year will be unbeatable come September.
I think they will win 4 in a row.

OK, but what were the scraggers pre season 2016 though ?? Wish I had have bunged a lazy fifty bucks on the dogs pre season !

Dogs were 19 to 1 at the start of 2016.
So with $50 you would of got back $1000.
Not a bad bet.

They are coming, and coming hard.
Sydney's disposal % finally cost them, but maybe they would not have even made the GF if they had won the first week of the finals. #crazy.

Yeh whatever, swans did all that and still got jack shit, a line of 17-4 speaks for itself, dogs got the dream run. we have corrupt cops and politicians, why not umpires, it happens.

Sydney were out run and out umpired.
The game meant nothing in relation to next season for us. |
