Seeing as we lost most goal kicked to Lockett and Sydney
And most games coached to Malthouse and Carlton |
IIRC Dick Reynolds broke Nuts' record, EJ then passed Reynolds 320.

I'll reserve judgement until we finalise our list, but unless Harvey is 6'5" and can play FB or FF, we are in big trouble next year. |

Did Jack Dyer break Coventry's record, then Reynolds? |

Yes. Dyer had it for a little over a year, from 13 June 1949 (when he played his 307th game - he finished with 312) until Reynolds passed him with 313 on 22 July 1950.
I saw Whitten's last few games against Collingwood and it's fair to say that he was no longer a great player after about 1966 or 67 - we were fondly disposed towards him by 1968 and clapped everything he did: that's a sure-fire indication he was no threat at all by then. |

A pity because we need a small selfish goal sneak who doesn't need to tackle |

Will his kids like him with tatts?
If it means we beat North twice in 2017 that would be enough. Looking forward to Daics and Browny more. Wells and Boomer in a 'Pies premiership? Next summer I'd be pinching myself watching the replay. _________________ Taobh le taobh bata muid le chéile |

He still has to perform to stay on the field in the ones - if not, back to the VFL for him. This in itself, should provide enough motivation same as any player and I would be thinking that Harvey would have too much pride noting the emotion around his departure from North to play mediocre footy. _________________ Toby for President |

Not sure how you think he wasn't playing well at the end of the season.
Round 22 - 32 Disposals 3 Goals 2
Round 23 - 26 Disposals 2 Goals 1
Even tho they lost those games you cant say that he was playing badly.
Fasolo was the only player on our list that Averaged more goals per game this season. |
