Just in regard to the funding cuts, I assume the Libs must have done a massive quick slash then as they only had 1 term in Vic in the last 17 years. The libs had 4 years in power this millennium, 2010 to 2014 yet carry the can for the Parole board having manual paper systems?

Consider this. In 2010 under the final years of Labor, the Prole board had 22 employees, in 2013/14 when this incident happened they had 32 under the Libs.
