Meeting officially with Liam Pickering tomorrow. Brayshaw's very public swipe at Wells today won't help I wouldn't think. Bit rich for Brayshaw to try and play the guilt/loyalty card with the way they treated Greenwood at the end.

Can you rewrite this with some better grammar? Currently a little incoherent

Certainly didn't appear as cheery as the rest of his team mates and coach on the flight back from Adelaide on Sunday morning. I was surprised how upbeat they all were. Wells though seemed very subdued. Only judging from appearances. Dal Santo wouldn't shut up. And in person, Majak Daw is a monster. He's a massive unit. Sheesh.

Looks to me the decision to not sign Harvey has cost them another player.

and the way they treated an utter champion in Harvey, is beneath contempt.

I was at the member forum and Buckley stated that Pendlebury was ranked NUMBER ONE player for efficiency when hitting a target inside 50 in the entire competition...
He then cheekily said a few moments later, "Daniel Wells was number two..." with a wry smile.
Make of that what you will.

Well if that is true, he would address one of our biggest issues, IMO.
Delivery to the forwards has been atrocious for years. Wells could be our Shaun Burgoyne!!

Not the mention the irony after they recruited Dal Santo, Waite, Higgins etc from rival clubs. Waite and Higgins had both been injured a fair bit too IIRC.
