Mick might have had a change of heart by now. The recruit has nearly finished. _________________ 'Collingwood are the Bradmans of Football'

it's a position we create when we haven't got the balls to actually sack someone. In the same way that George Costanza had to keep bending his arm once he had made up he had involuntary spasms in his elbow, we will sometimes appoint say, a Rodney Eade to the job, to try to prove that it did actually exist in the first place. |

What utter crap. Do you really think the Pies would commit funds out of their maximum football department spend for a position that held no benefit for the club. Also, I must admit that I found Rocket much more informative than Balme was and I felt that Rocket added balance and maturity to the coaching team. _________________ Now Retired - Every Day Is A Saturday |

Dale Tapping to take on Ben Harts role I heard the other day. Don't mind it.
And for DOC I'd say Mark Thompson |

DOC was a bullshit position, first to placate MM, then as justification for employing Rocket and then to obscure the demotion of Balme.
Please Collingwood, can we dispense with this pretend role once and for all?
Bucks, as the coach, reports to Allan, as the head of football, who reports to Pert, as CEO, who reports to President Ed. Enough already. |
