Would love to get Jack. Its a perfect fit if you ask me.
Sadly a straight swap for Cloke just isn't going to happen. We'd need to sweeten the deal. If Cloke goes to Footscray, would Richmond accept Witts and a 3rd rounder?
Deledio is a yeah-nar answer. Im sure he has some good footy left in him, but if we're looking for older players, I'd prefer to look at one of the other guys we're already linked to.

Witts and a third rounder for Riewoldt? For me, Witts has far more value than that. Ruckman are not easy to find. I would suggest that quite a few clubs would be interested in him.Witts has the ability to go to Richmond and to become a dominant ruckman for quite a few years. He may have even been on that path with us had he not been injured in the Sydney game. Unless Witts is out of contract and has decided to walk the club could do much better than the suggested trade. |
