Post subject: Would YOU take Harry L back.? Just asking. | |
|
Look, I have not heard anything, but it would appear our poor Harry O, now Harry L, is out of favour at the Deeeees. So, the question is, If, and I say, only IF, Harry wanted too come back, repent his ways, promise too knuckle down, toe the club line, would you have him back to the Pies ?
I think we all have fond memories of Harry, those long dashes out of defence, down the wings, his weaving and dodging, and that bloody wonderful sealing goal in the 2010 GF, the one we all knew the saints could not catch us then. He was a terrific player, and we do need a quality backman, and hed have a couple of good seasons left in him.

No. Did you watch him at the Dees? Missed targets, blind dashing runs. It doesn't cut it in 2017 football. _________________ Est. 2002 |

No. His passion lies elsewhere than football these days. _________________ Four legged animals good, two legged animals better |

Bringing back premiership players? Isn't the current vogue to get rid of them?
We need more attacking flair / run off the backline, but would prefer to look at younger & better alternatives _________________ Buzz

Great player with us in 2010 and 2011, but his prima donna streak eventually overtook him. Most people grow out of their attention-seeker phase by about 10 years old. Heritier is still looking to peak in his. _________________ Two more flags before I die! |

I'll happily welcome him back once his playing days are over, but as a player I'm sorry, the answer is No. _________________ Every dead body on Mt Everest was once a highly motivated person, so maybe just calm the **** down. |
