Sometimes leaders implement big changes, to be seen to be responding to unsatisfactory performance. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. Let's hope the changes to our football department assist, rather than hinder, our team's performance next year.

The coaching changes don't go deep enough. Tarks, Harvey and Rocca should have been sent on their way.
