did anyone attend this?

was presented by michael roberts and glenn mcfarlane.

was an hour's talk about the machine (obviously) and particularly some of the lesser known players.

hopefully, the club does more of these things to teach us and remind us of our grand history.

I can highly recommend the book. Every player from those 4 years profiled. IIRC McFarlane was the author?? Anyway, a bloody good read😀

as it was in 58 and 04, the Machines precious four in a row is under threat again, let us hope and pray the dawks don't get it, literally could not stand that, time to back the swans and the crows, stop the piss and poo, and if we cant beat em this week, lets us hurt them real bad, physical pain, in memory of the Machine.

Spot on piesnchess. I would like nothing more than for this to happen to send them into an elimination final, destroy their 4 in a row quest and symbolise a changing of the guard in the years to come...
