Great servants for our Club. I knew it was coming, I just didn't expect it a game out. I think this is just the start of departures after a horrid season.

Thank you to both Caff and Tooves for all they have done for Collingwood and best wishes to both for the future.

Will always be remembered as 2010 premiership heroes!

Thanks for the memories Guys. Tooves, will always love the thought of you weaving through traffic with agility second to none. Caff you were a great defensive forward unfortunately Bucks and the coaches didn't see that. Unfortunately acls ruined both your carriers. All the best for the future.

Heartfelt thanks to Tooves and Caff for playing with so much loyalty, heart and soul for the Pies.
Thank you both for the part you played in that glorious 2010 premiership. So glad you will both always have premiership medallions to show for all the blood, sweat and tears you gave.

I'd also like to thank them both for their services for the club. I have, despite his sometimes very poor disposal, had a likening for Toovey.

Hurrah!! Go Pies!!

Thanks to Alan Toovey and Brent Macaffer for all that they have done for Collingwood Football Club. Their role in our 2010 Premiership year was crucial, and we will be forever grateful for their contributions to a year that brought us so much joy. Both of them gave everything on the field. Who can ever forget some of Toovey's desperate run down tackles, and his tackle on Puopolo in the 2011 Preliminary Final against Hawthorn? Will greatly miss Tooves. Likewise the Caff, whose hard nuggety attack on the ball was so important to our forward structure in 2010, and later his great success as a tagger.
Thanks guys. All the very best for the future.

Toovs loved your dedication, your concentration, courage and ability to beat bigger players like Darling. Caff you were the master at overhead goals and fought hard for years to come back from serious inujuries. You showed great leadership helping other guys go through rehab.

Good to see guys who know when to hang em up rather than plod on in the twos. Premiership players forever. Go find a spot in suburban footy where you can enjoy a slower pace.

Well done to Alan Toovey and Brent McCaffer. You were very effective players and will be held in high regard for your contribution to the sides that you played in what was a successful era for the club

I still remember Tooves running away from Akermanis a few years ago - one of my favourite plays of all time.
