^ I'll take your word for it. Camera didn't capture what went down.

The fact that his opponent seemed unfazed definitely helped. Good to see him available to play, regardless.

Should be a good game and if the weather is good, I reckon it will be a good turnout at our spiritual home.

C'mon Woodsmen!

Sammy Dwyer named for his first game against his previous old mob, and his first official outing since returning to North Port in the summer...

Port Melbourne
B 12. J Tynan, 21. L Cook, 7. S Crocker
HB 11. M Golby, 8. D Van Unen, 27. D Mascitti
C 15. L Osborne, 14. D Toman, 5. S Lange
HF 4. T O'Sullivan, 31. B Mihocek, 35. G Dickson
F 37. H Hooper, 6. J Lisle, 20. S Dwyer
R 2. K Haretuku, 10. T Pinwill, 29. C Cain
Int 64. F Brancatisano, 57. T Hobbs, 26. N Dixon, 32. B Pearson, 48. J Halsall, 68. A Spencer, 13. T Gordon, 9. B Hogan
23P 33. J Smith

Welcome back to Victoria Park, Sammy. Hope he doesn't get idiots booing him. Served us well and it was a painless breakup.

Sandilands and Scipione big outs for the Borough, though. Two of their top 3 goal kickers, in what is a pretty ordinary offensive setup. Golby's a handy in for them, too...

Still worried about the quality that we're missing now, but Pies by couple of goals...

So would our injury list... Fasolo, Elliott, Langdon, Scharenberg, Reid, Keeffe, Thomas, Sinclair, Broomhead, Ramsay, Sier, Swan, Crocker, and Cox all unavailable for selection.

Yep, the injury list seems to be the longest for the year. It is going to make it hard for us to be in serious contention in the finals. Let's hope Casey and Sandy don't have oodles of AFL listed players available compared to us, but it is depressing that coming up to finals it doesn't look like we will get many linjured players back now. It will be a tough ask. Tapping has done a tremendous job. Shame I have been interstate most of the year. I have really missed our VFL boys and Vic Park. Go VFL Pies!
