Anyway, we seem to be doing better in the javelin catching.

That was nothing short of a disgrace. Goodbye basketball medal. Absolutely disgusting.

Absolute disgusting decision by the ref in the bronze medal basketball game.

2 incorrect charging calls in the last minutes to the advantage of Spain. One with 5 seconds to go.

Andersen got called for a charge when the Spanish players feet were not planted. Replay showed his foot not even on the floor. We had a one point lead. Spain get the ball.

Then Mills called for a defensive foul when Spain drove in looking for a foul. Mills feet were planted, f-all contact was made. But Mills upper torso was moving, so the ref called it. Gasol gets to go to the line and we lose our 1 point lead.

With 5.2 left on the clock, we f'd up the inbound and it was over.

Still not over the Boomers effort against Serbia.

And then the final moments in the Bronze game against Spain.

FMD.

I thought they were worthy to at least receive a medal. It was a disappointing end to what was such a promising campaign for the Boomers.
