May be all from one source, but there is increasing chatter that we are into Rockliff for Frost and Witts, and have gone cold on Mayne.

If the reports of his antics are correct, I can't see how he fits with the club culture, but maybe its a new beginning thing.

not sure why we wouldn't take him!

We're not asking him to be our captain, which is what he isn't good at.

We're asking him to collect 35 touches as a damaging midfielder - which is what he is a gun at.

I'd take him in a heartbeat.

Is a genuine ball magnet but doesn't use it very well in my opinion. Not too keen on him.

We would be silly not to look at him if he is available.

No issue with his footballing ability, he can play. However, there are questions on his behaviour and character from all reports, which does not fit with what the club have been trying to do, which is remove destabilising influences. For example: Heath Shaw, Heritier Lumumba.

The whole Brisbane midfield excel as getting cheap possessions and doing SFA with it, hence their ladder position despite regularly having 2-3 players getting 35-40 possessions a game.

I don't have any particular view about Rockliff but if he can get the ball, say, 30 times per game and give it to Pendlebury or Sidebottom or Wells to use, that wouldn't be a bad thing, would it?

hjs pay packet would be big...his off feild attitude is an issue. Ifor one think we have the midfeild tallent...we need a small forward far more.

Because what we need is a ball magnet with poor usage.

No thanks, better off filling the gaps we actually have,
