Collingwood Football Club thanks Tim Golds, Matthew Goodyear and Darrean Wyatt for their services to the club after advising the trio they will not be offered contracts for season 2017.

How in the Hell does Gault keep his Spot?

He is not good enough at VFL Level

We are putting our faith in SEN now? Okay. Maybe I'll wait on that.

Goodyear pick 48 in the 2014 national draft.
Rumoured to about a similar pick offered for Cloke.
Puts the value of Cloke in a different light.

Cloke is worth way more than pick 48, in my eyes.
Just saying.

I really wasn't expecting Goodyear to stay, but I think one more year in the system would have seem him play some decent footy. I hope another club picks him up in the rookie draft.

Been reported that Nat Fyfe will not be leaving Fremantle.

Also that no one has seems to be throwing a lifeline to Morabito. (Would he be interested in VFL? Probably not. But it's worth asking).

And of course the old news on Ballyntine wanting out, preferably to WCE. I dont know what to think about this one?

Also there are reports that Pearce Hanley looks set to move to the Gold Coast via trade. Still no news regarding Rockliff yet, other than they think the Lions want to keep him.

Would anyone be up for taking Bewick from the Lions? I've always liked him. And if they're having a fire sale....

Listening to SEN 20 min ago and a caller said Richmond got rid of Ben Lennon.
I've seen Lennon play a couple games and liked what I saw.

In his player bio it is stated he is a serious talent and a vital part of Richmonds future. He is a pick 12 and a rising star nominee.

Just throwing it up again, like I did a couple weeks ago, I like what I saw of him.
If Richmond want him traded I wonder what they want?

i thought lennon was self-selecting due to lack of opportunities.

A thread with a bit more about Lennon: http://magpies.net/nick/bb/viewtopic.php?t=80805

He sounds like a good player, but is something wrong upstairs?
