Haha I'm just surprised we didn't gift wrap the head coaching role to another ex player with little, if any, real coaching experience.
An objective and independent observer would compare the women's and men's teams and say "the Pies have appointed coaches of the women's team on the basis of merit (with a key emphasise on their diverse and lengthy experience coaching) ... Hmmm that's pretty different to the way they appoint the head coach of the men's team..." |
