Horrible skills, bounce of the ball, umpires, north zone intercepted everything coming in because of our imprecise disposal. Waste of a game that was there for the taking.

Oh well. Let's take down the Weagles at the G next week.

It's our home game, surely we are playing at Domain?

First 15 mins was the disaster, smashed in the centre, they had 15 frees to our 4, alot through some ill discipline, but in saying that it would take some incredible discipline not smack lindsey thomas the f#ck out.

And with Stevic umpiring. I saw him pay us one. Which is more than I have seen in about 5 years.

Good point... Sinkers went off so early in the game, that I'd forgotten we were one man down for nearly all of it.

Bucks can't win a trick. His mantra is that professional footballers should be able to motivate themselves, but he seemed to forget that this week and tried to do a Clarkson and overly emphasized the importance of the game IMHO. Our boys were just not focused on the ball in the first half and wasted a lot of energy trying to unsettle the opposition. Having said that, geez North are experts in winning frees.

Yeah, if nothing else, there is not too much to fear from injuries going forward - apart from the dreaded ACL, anything else will be cleared by April 17. Let's learn what we can do.

In : Goldsack, Wills
Out : Sinclair, Williams

Reid forward, White back. Maybe Cox in for Cloke or for Grundy (no knock on Brodie, just because Mason needs every bit of ruck experience he can get).

^ yeah, good summary MM. I We are certainly more competitive than we looked earlier this year.

The clearance story was the killer though - how can that happen ???

Because we have a numpty for a coach, that's how it happens.

You're sure it is not ruck deficiency ? Lack of big bodies ? So what would you do differently ?

I am sick and tired of players failing to support each other on the field, and it seems finger pointing off it. Enough bullshit, we play to be successful and this year we have lost games to some of the most unsuccessful teams in the games history. Something needs to change.

I don't know. I'm not pretending to be a coach.

According to Channel 7 we mightn't have Varcs and White next week.

Varcoe is gone for sure, 2 weeks down to 1 for guilty plea most likely.

Give Buckley another 3 year contract extension. He knows what he's doing.
