I'm worried about the supreme confidence of some of our supporters. I always admire optimism from supporters, but North will do everything to prove their doubters wrong so expect them to give us a contest.
If we can win, I'll be delighted and we can remain optimistic about the slight chance of playing finals for another week. On form, we're the better team and North are troubled with injuries but playing at Etihad rather than at the MCG concerns me somewhat.
More pressure is on North though to end a six-match losing streak and facing the potential humiliation of missing the finals after winning their first nine games of the season.
Our forward line looks great tonight and I'm looking forward to seeing the youngsters dish up another good performance. I don't think we were bad against Adelaide, but they're a very good team at the moment so there was no shame in losing to them. We've been a better side since the bye, stark contrast to North Melbourne.
