I just want to beat bloody hawthorn!
They have smashed us since the 2011 prelim.
I would also like to get a forward in the draft who can play front and square.
I would also like blair to go shark fishing off the coast of wonthaggi!
He can be the decoy bait!

| I'd like to see Wills, Broomhead and Goodyear given a run of consecutive games with decent midfield minutes before the year is out. |

More wins than losses and beating #freekickHawthorn so we go into pre season with a lot of hope.

COULD not agree more, I am sick to death of losing to these wankers piss and poo, sick of em. !! We should treat that game as our GF, go out there and hit the swines with everything we have, hurt Hodge, smash MItchell, crush Rioli in never ending tackles, pressure the shit outa them and cause them real pain going into the Finals. Maybe even cost them a top ladder finish, thatd be lovely, just hit these mongrels like we never have before.

| I want to win most of our remaining games and to see Wills get a few games. I'd also like to see us play Cox for the remainder of the season to fast track his development for next year. |

As stated play the kids and see what we have, experiment with game plans and positional changes, tell those without an opposite foot to use only that foot in every game. If anyone needs surgery that would normally wait for the off season, do it now. Rack the cue and prepare for 2017, it's not tanking because we don't get a better pick, GWS do, it's preparation. And maybe have a sly chat with GWS and say what do we get for setting you up with pick #3????

Put a pencil line through:
* Brown
* Blair (permanent marker)
* Macaffer
* Marley W
* Toovey
* Witts
* Gault
Get games into:
* Marsh (full back)
* Rupert W
* Goodyear (give him an onball spot)
* Oxley (bring back)
* Phillips
* Broomhead
* Give Sier 2 games against Gold Coast and Tigers
Positional changes:
* Put White on the Wing
* Put Howe up forward (great in Defence but would love some X factor to cheer on)
* Mason Cox into Ruck for 1 whole game against Gold Coast (rest Grundy)
Chase elite out of contract talent like:
* Michael Hurley
* Mason Wood
* Dion Prestia
* Jack Watts
* Sam Reid (1 year to go but we're apparently keen)
* Tom Mitchell
* Tom Lamb (Vic. born Eagles youngster)
