| Post subject: Dale Tapping: kudos to him! |  |

Got to give Dale Tapping a big clap for what he has done over the last 3 years since taking over as reserves coach. With the amount of injuries endured by our senior team, it's fair to say that our seconds team gets extra affected more so.
That aside, we look like achieving another finals series and Dale's ability to combine senior coach requests, feeder player needs and a commitment to creating a winning culture has been exemplary.

| Some relative stability among the core VFL list has made a huge difference, add a couple of aging senior players to give guidance and direction to the kids and you'd expect the VFL side to gain greater consistency. Smith and Kelly also very good additions to the VFL squad. He's done a fantastic job melding it all together. Can understand why a couple of clubs were looking at him as an assistant. |

We want him to stay with us that is for absolute certain.
In the event of him wanting to try AFL do Nickster's consider he would be a
top AFL coach.
