Would've been better if Norf won.

WCE winning has just put any hope of finals out of the question. Too hard from here. I think the best we can do from here is piss off a few teams and ruin a double chance or home final for a couple of teams.

The Eagles win has actually made it easier for us, because the Kangaroos are the team most likely to slip out of the 8. North have a hard run home with games against Port, us, Dogs, Hawks, Swans and Giants. I reckon they might win just 2 of those, which would allow us to potentially pass them if we won 6 or our 7 games.

3 games and about 15% outside the Eight. Not a chance in hell.

The losses to the Demons twice, Blues, Saints have cost us dearly.

What are the odds Bob?

About as good as Bucks ever coaching us to a flag I'd say... Trillion to one...

Get the game plan right from round 1, and even with all the injuries and drug scandals and Derek Hines so called substandard recruiting etc etc, this team beats Melbourne, Carlton and St Kilda and is balls deep in the finals hunt...

We would be talking top four if not for the disgrace that was our gameplan up to the lions game, oh and inability to teach onfield leadership over the preseason. What a wasted year...

But don't worry 2017 will be different to 2012,13,14,15 & 16 cause so long as Bucks has no injuries and we get a perfect run at it and nothing out of our control happens his master plan (that he changes when Ed gives him a rocket) will produce the goods

It would take a heroic effort from us to win a minimum of 6 of our remaining 7 games. But if we do that and the Roos lose 4 (to us, Dogs, Hawks and Swans) of their 7 games, then we can fall into the 8 because the Roos percentage will have taken a belting. First up, however, we have to beat the Crows.

Hmmm...... worth a lazy twenty bucks on the Pies too make the finals, I don't follow betting, but the odds may be enticing now. Hmmm. ?

Beat the Crows and I may start to believe it, but our first seven matches will cost us a chance to play finals most likely.

However if we finish the season on a high, but just miss out then I'll be happy with that heading into 2017 and hope we can play finals next year.

No chance with our win level and woeful percentage.

Enthusiasm about the future outlook of the Pies and faith in Buckley's coaching is one thing PnC, but floating this idea is simply fanciful.

Let's just keep it in our pants.

You'd need an absolute miracle for us to even think it. Being reliant on our team actually winning games and praying that North Melbourne implode, I don't see much hope.

It's just good we are playing some better footy, and showing some good signs, finals would be great but we're not going to get there this year. Maybe if we can put it together next season, have a good run with injuries we may just get there.
