Not feeling any confidence about today's match, so I'm just hoping we're competing well and we make a contest of it.
A lot of changes in the squad may disrupt the continuity of the team but that's been a recurring problem this year.

Me too.
GWS may be skilled and quick, but they're also young and emotional. The Treloar reunion plays into Collingwood's hands. Let them play the man if they need to to show their team unity - leaves Collingwood free to play the ball. As for GWS's speed, its not a factor if they don't have possession. Deny them possession and the game is on our terms, with Marsh, Adams and co roughing up their rebound.
And when the Pies win the ladder is going to look very interesting, with other teams stalling in ladder position due to losses this weekend (eg. Port) while Collingwood rises.
Good times. I love a mid-season comeback. |
