The 1st half of the season has been a car crash for various reasons, not least injuries.
But.
Our game plan has not or is not being done in any great way so far.
It could be youth, it could be injuries, it could be a crap game plan.
Weighing that up, what is a pass mark for the 2nd half of the season?
For me it is this-
Half of games won.
More solid evidence of game plan
No more idiot statements from Maguire.
If you don't like the last line then tell me any other club leader ( not Kennett) who is such a liablilty in the public domain?
Blah blah we know he has done great work but is a burden now..

tough footy, like the cats and dogs games, nothing less.

Losing I can handle, capitulating is bullshit

(Eddie just took the heat off the real matters, he's got broad shoulders like that)

I reckon a pass mark for the last 9 weeks would be to win at least 50% of all quarters played combined with not being beaten by than 4 goals in any game.

I'm not quite sure why you would make a new thread called 'back to the footy' and then finish the list of points for discussion with a statement that is perfectly designed to derail the entire thread.

Fair point.
But to me it is a football club.
Our on field and off field are linked. We are the easiest and biggest headline in the AFL
If we could leave it on the field in a positive way, wouldn't that surely be better?

Last time I took someone to task for not even having the coutesy to spell the Presidents name correctly I was censored and then ignored by the culprit. So may pass mark would be that people who bag the club get spelling right if they can't get facts in order, atn the very least. A win against carlscum would be nice.

Really need to review where the club is at by season's end. For my part i have always maintained Bucks has till the end of this year to start getting consistant results.

Should we lose to Freo I think he may not make the end of the year.

If we finish below 9th.... He has to go. when you have clubs ah la Carlton and St.Kilda passing you by your in strife. Geelong manufactured a rebuild in two years and are now back in contention.

9th (or above) and Bucks can have 2017. We need to be making back some ground even if we are not getting into the 8. Yes, injuries are bad, losing Adams gurts particularly. But aside from that we have a pretty solid starting midfield yet we are consistanly beaten in there.

Injuries to a extent will hamper y oh. But they dont excuse consistant 50+ point defeats. After 5 years you should atleast have a side that is competitive (even allowing for some injuries).

Not finishing in the bottom four, at this stage. But that's hardly something to celebrate!

sounds like something coming out of Essendon this season, not the supposed greatest football club in the land

pass mark is making the 8 - we all agreed (except Lazza) - we traded away our first round pick ffs - its finals anything else is unacceptable

Could be See ya Bucks if we bomb from here

I want to see the light at the end of the tunnel. We thought it was there after the cats game as half the dogs game then BAM, freight train. Consistent effort from all and anyone sub 22 showing us something.
