The mods here do a fine job of calling play on for as long as they can. the cool thing about this site is that most of us can handle ourselves and don't need moderation. Occassionally when someone steps over the line, you can report the behavior (using the report a user button). This is a much better way of moderating.
I can only imagine what <snip> would do with one of my stouches with bob Sugar for example. It would all be deleted and you all would be denied magnificent posts of superb humor and sarcasm. Bob Sugar and I don't easily offend and quite like the biffo.

My issue is with the 'disappearing' of posts that happen so often on Nicks, without warning or explanation...some posts seem to get edited, or 'snipped' if you will, other seem to disappear entirely ....pretty much depends on the poster, and their position in the Nicks 22. A bit like high school...which is ironic....

If you have any qualms or grievances with the way this board is moderated or an particular moderating decision, you are more than welcome to take it up with us through the readily available and often advertised channels.
